What is the Bank of Utah Championship?

The Bank of Utah Championship is an internationally televised PGA TOUR FedExCup Fall Tournament contested at Black Desert Resort in Ivins, Utah. Matt McCarty won the inaugural Championship in 2024. This year, 120 professionals will compete in front of thousands of fans for their share of more than $6.5 million.

Yes, we do our best to ensure that all lost items are catalogued within our Lost and Found system as soon as the item has been received. If you have lost an item, you can visit Guest Services located at the Red Mountain and Utah Steel entrances. Purchasing Passes

How do I purchase passes for the Tournament?

Passes can only be purchased online through Ticketmaster beginning Wednesday, August 20 at 10 a.m. MT.

All passes are digital and cannot be printed. Ticketmaster is the official provider of the Bank of Utah Championship. We cannot guarantee that passes purchased from other websites are valid.

Can I buy passes at the gate?

There are no on-site sales; however, passes can be purchased online through the website at any time, if available.

Do children need a pass?

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Everyone over the age of 2 needs a pass to attend the Championship. Children 2 years old, and younger, are admitted free and do not require a pass.

Each adult who purchases a grounds pass may also purchase up to two discounted youth grounds passes for young people ages 3 to 15. This offer applies to general grounds passes only.

Each person over the age of 2 needs a venue-specific hospitality pass to enter a hospitality venue. For example, adults, as well as children ages 3 – 15, need a Greater Zion Club pass to enter the Greater Zion Club.

What does a grounds pass give me access to?

A grounds pass allows you to access the golf course where you can walk the holes and follow your favorite pros. You can also enter the Fan Village, Merchandise Tent and Fan Deck.

Off-site parking is included with your grounds pass.

No food is included with your grounds pass, however concessions are available for purchase. Free water is offered at Hydration Stations located around the golf course.

What do the hospitality tickets give me access to?

Are there discounted passes available?

Discounted youth grounds passes are available for fans ages 3-15. Discounted military grounds passes are also available. See Daily Passes page to buy.

  • Youth – for every adult ticket purchased, two youth tickets may be claimed.
  • Military – for active duty, reserve, retired and veteran military members. Maximum quantity of 4.

I bought the wrong day and want to exchange; how can I do that?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. You can always sell your passes on Ticketmaster.com. 

Can I get a refund for my passes?

All sales are FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges. Ticketmaster and Spinzo are the official providers of the Bank of Utah Championship. We cannot guarantee that passes purchased from other websites are valid.

I’m seeing a “technical difficulty” or other error message on buy screen when I try to buy passes. What’s wrong?

If I ride my bicycle, where can I park?

Fans are encouraged to consider alternative transportation options like walking or bicycling via the paths along Snow Canyon Parkway and Pioneer Parkway that lead to Championship entrances. There is secure, complimentary bicycle parking located at both Championship entrances. Fans are encouraged to ride their e-bikes or traditional bikes. Don’t forget to bring your bike lock.

I'm getting dropped off. Where is the best location?

Can I drive my personal golf cart to the course?

No outside golf carts permitted on Black Desert property.  We encourage our friends from Santa Clara and Ivins to walk and ride bicycles to the Championship.  However, please leave your personal golf cart at home.

Managing Passes

I bought passes, but never received a confirmation email. How do I get my passes?

Your email may be blocked from receiving emails from Ticketmaster, please check your Junk or Spam folder. If you still do not see your confirmation, please login to your tournament account by clicking here using the email you used to purchase and see if you can view your passes there. Once you do, click “Manage Passes,” and proceed to follow directions to Add to Mobile Wallet.

How do I transfer passes to someone else?

  1. Click “Manage Tickets” in your ticket confirmation email or visit the Bank of Utah Championship Ticketmaster Account Manager home page
  2. Sign in or create an account.
  3. Select “Manage Passes.”
  4. Select “Transfer.”
  5. Select which passes to transfer and click “Next.”
  6. Add a new recipient by entering in first name, last name, and email address and click Add.
  7. Select Transfer, then Done.

Recipients will receive an email notification with the passes and once accepted, you will receive an email confirmation.

Does the person I’m transferring passes to need a Ticketmaster Account Manager account?

Yes. When they click the “Accept Tickets” button in the email they receive, they will be prompted to either set up an account or log in to their existing account.

How will I know my pass transfer was received?

You will see a confirmation notice on your screen after clicking “Transfer.” As well, you’ll receive an email notification that the passes were sent. Once your friend accepts, you’ll receive a second email notifying you.

Once I transfer passes, can they then also re-transfer to another person?

Yes, anyone can transfer passes. Once a pass has been accepted, the ownership transfers from your account to their account.

What if I find out one of my friends cannot attend?

We recommend they not accept the pass unless they are sure they can attend, but if they do need to cancel have them transfer the pass back or onward to the next guest.

Can I have multiple passes on the same phone?

Yes, but it’s simplest to transfer a pass to each attendee to streamline the entry process at the gates.

What happens if my family or friend doesn’t have a smart phone?

It is important that you still send them the pass transfer offer to their preferred email address. If this step is taken, we can assist them on the day-of at our on-site ticket service locations at the 16th Tee and Resort Entrances. Please note, there may be a wait.

How do I add passes to my mobile wallet?

  1. Pull up your Ticketmaster confirmation email on your phone to add the passes to your mobile wallet.
  2. Click Manage Tickets.
  3. Log in to Ticketmaster.
  4. Select View Tickets.
  5. Select Add to Wallet.

I don’t have a smartphone; can I just print the passes and bring to the gates?

No, the tournament is 100% mobile-entry. If you do not have a smartphone, you’ll need to visit the Ticket Services tent at either the 16th Tee or Resort Entrance where staff can assist you. Please note, there may be a wait at peak times of the day.

Can I just take a screenshot of my passes/QR code instead?

We will have Ticket Services to assist with any ticketing question. Since we are 100% digital, there are no physical passes to pick up or drop off.

What is Ticketmaster Account Manager?

Account Manager is part of the Ticketmaster family. Since fans to the Bank of Utah Championship can have tickets to multiple days of the tournament, Account Manager allows for ticket coordination across the five-day tournament. It is used commonly in sports.
