Process Overview

If you have not already registered, please complete the Registration Form provided in the initial email or contact Doug Botos for assistance. Please ensure that you can receive emails from this address as this will be the primary method of communication. The timeline of events leading up to your experience is outlined below:

  1. On or before Mon Oct 20, all participants will receive their Greater Zion Club mobile tickets. Instructions on how to download these passes to your phone will be provided.
  2. You will receive your tee times prior to your experience as detailed below in Tee Time Assignments.
  3. You will then be able to cross-reference your tee time with player pairings (once announced) to discover which professional golfers you will be following.
  4. On the day of your experience follow signage for VIP entry and Valet parking at 1500 South Weiskopf Way, Ivins, UT. You must show your Greater Zion Club mobile ticket for access. Please arrive and park no later than 30 minutes prior to the mandatory training meeting (see below) for all participants.

  • Participants may also leave the experience at any time throughout the round to enjoy themselves in the hospitality lounges by simply leaving the rope line and not returning.

  • During competition, participants must stay behind play and out of peripheral vision of players, or as directed by tournament officials, for each shot during the round, specifically on tee shots. Guests may also be directed by tournament personnel around tees and greens to observe play from a safe distance.
  • Honorary Observers will be permitted inside ropes access, but privileges may be recalled by PGA TOUR or tournament officials if these rules are not followed.
